19th Century Empire Chest

One of my all time favorite finds!
This stunning flame mahogany Empire chest dating back to 1820’s to 1840’s has the most amazing character and details. Brass knobs, brass medallions on the beautiful curved castellated edges. Most spectacular of all the faint signature and date on the back of this stunning piece.
Small imperfection consistent with all the years this piece has beauty has survived.
